Kwiz Nein!
What movie character wore a shirt with this logo on it? I will tell you that the movie came out between 1969 and 1994. And to get this out of the way, it's not Cheech. Or Chong. (Note: this isn't the exact shirt, but it is the exact logo--I believe the character had it on a yellow shirt in the film.) (Photo courtesy some ebay seller--and I only found it because I saw it in the movie and searched for the logo; I'm not in the market for weed shirts....)

No and no. And the only time you can guess twice in a row is if you guess and then I give a clue, you can guess before anyone does. Other than that, 1 guess per comment, and two in a row not allowed.
"Not quite" was NOT a clue. If anyone guesses the right movie or actor or comes remotely close I'll say something.
That is not the character or movie. But you got the hint, which was that someone in the movie in question was in Twilight Zone: The Movie as well.

No. Sorry, I should've specified that Tom was played by Albert Brooks in Taxi Driver, therefore it's not Brooks. So you can have another guess if you want to.
Is the answer Kelly Leak in Bad New Bears....Vic Morrow who was in TZ-The Movie was also in BNB.

Walter Matthau in the Bad News Bears...since you didn't specifically say that the actor in the Twilight Zone was the same person who wore the t-shirt in the movie in question.

It is Kelly Leak in Bad News Bears. And yes, Vic Morrow, is the common actor in BNB and TZ: The Movie.
