Save The Hall of Fame Game!

I went to Cooperstown for it in 2005 and had a ball. Terrible job (and terrible excuse) by Selig to end this tradition.

//"Given the complexities of the Major League schedule and all its inherent challenges, it has become increasingly difficult in recent years to find a suitable date and make the proper arrangements for two clubs to participate in the Hall of Fame Game during the regular season," MLB president and chief operating officer Bob DuPuy said.//

I had a great time at the Hall of Fame game in 2005 as well...but I find this reasoning to make sense. As much as I enjoyed it, I'm not a fan of exhibition games - especially during the season.

So while it was a great tradition, I can't say it is going to bother me that they won't be holding them any more.
