Swung On And Missed
This is so weird. The buses and subways aren't running due to the strike. This office is so empty. Everybody just stayed home. One dude here said it took 2 hours to drive six blocks.

That's what I thought today too as I walked across the Manhattan Bridge. Looking out over the East River with the Brooklyn Bridge in front of the Statue of Liberty and the Manhattan skyline WAS cool. And I got some good pictures out of it. But I am not sure how long that feeling is going to last.

I'm loving this strike, personally. It means my 8:45am law school finals are pushed back to 10am, and the city is so much quieter without all the drivers who couldn't/didn't make it in.
