Ahhh
The cleansing feeling of a win after a couple of barf-worthy losses to the Yanks.
I love that Manny was thinking opposite field with the go-ahead run on third and one out. And that run was all we needed. Dice, Oki, Pap--great job. An '07-ish win. We're back to being 4 back, with the Yanks 8.5 out.

Apparently I got home just after the last out. I turned on the tube and bb 2nite was on, so I pulled up JoS and the win comments had literally been posted in the last 2 or 3 minutes.
From the comments it sounds like a solid win. Pitcher's duel until Manny comes thru, unlike his weak PH appearance before. Nice bounceback for the bot, and a good appearance by Oki too.

Baker has been pitching SO well for the Twinkies, but we were one Manny better. Clay goes on Friday, and Papi took 36 real swings! A great day overall.
